We strive to provide you with the best service possible! We are setup to handle each request in a specific manner. Please read to policies in each section below. If you still have questions, contact us PRIOR to placing an order.
STORE POLICY
By purchasing a product from this website, the customer accepts and agrees to abide by the policies set forth on this page.
We reserve the right to make small product modifications as we implement customer feedback and improve products. Some products pictures may be outdated and not reflect recent product modifications. If you need your order exactly as pictured, contact us PRIOR to placing your order.
Due to the custom nature of our products, unless there is an error on our part, ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES).
REFUND POLICY
Due to our products custom nature, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.... NO EXCEPTIONS! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! You are responsible for verifying with the size chart before placing your order.
LIFETIME WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
We make quality, durable gear that we stand behind. You can rest assured our products are of top notch workmanship. If by chance any of our products fails due to MANUFACTURING, we will repair or replace the item (at OUR discretion) free of charge. Our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty DOES NOT cover the following things of which are excluded from our workmanship warranty, including but not limited to: damage from normal wear and tear, damage from customer modification and/or tampering, misuse, or abuse.
TO SUBMIT WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY CLAIMS
Email an explanation of the issue as well as detailed pictures to sales@thevestguy.com You will receive a response within one business day. If the claim is deemed a workmanship manufacturing defect, you'll receive a Return Authorization Number and further instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible fees associated with for getting the product back to us.
PRODUCT SIZING
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed and understand our sizing chart (FOUND HERE) and will order accordingly. By placing an order the customer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that ordering an incorrect size does not supersede The Vest Guy's "No refund, No returns, No exceptions" policy.
PHOTOGRAPHY VEST DISCLOSURE
** NOTE: Our products have been used and put through rugged conditions by numerous photographers without problem. Products always have the risk and potential to fail. It is the buyer’s responsibility to examine all moving pieces (including but not limited to camera straps, slings, and clips) and decide whether components are conducive to carrying the weight of the buyer’s gear safely PRIOR to each use. Use with caution. If any aspect of the product appears compromised, discontinue use immediately. THE VEST GUY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO PHOTOGRAPHY GEAR, including but not limited to camera body/bodies, flash, lens, tripod, and any other photography paraphernalia. By purchasing The Vest Guy products, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this disclosure and releases The Vest Guy from any responsibility of damages resulting from use of The Vest Guy products. **
SHIPPING
We use USPS for 95% of our shipments. If you need a courier other than USPS for your order, please message us as soon as you place your order so we can notate your order.
COUPONS / COUPON CODES
Occasionally we issue coupon codes for certain promotions, events, and groups. These coupon codes are unique to and reserved for people participating in the promotion and/or event. Placing an order using a coupon code outside itself intended purpose, including but not limited to products that explicitly state they are excluded from coupon codes, are subject to cancellation.

* Effective April 2022 we have change the design of the Radio Pouch Closure, We are unable to get the 5/8" Quick Release Buckle, so it's now an Adjustable Cord Lock Elastic Band with a Cord Lock, as time permits we will replace existing photos. *
If you are not 100% CERTAIN of the color you are ordering, STOP contact us and confirm color, there are no Refunds, Exchanges or Returns due to you choosing the wrong color.
